Positively Influencing the Travel Choices of Live Music Audiences

I’m excited to be part of a new project, funded by the Centre for Climate Change and Social Transformations (CAST) centre, working with climate and culture writer Adam Corner, Julie’s Bicycle, Briony Latter (Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research) and live music/festival partners Shambala and Kendal Calling Festival. The project is focused on how to positively influence the travel choices of live music audiences (i.e. in a more sustainable direction) using psychology and social science research.

We’ll be trying to find out what could motivate music fans and festivalgoers to make choices toward more sustainable travel choices.
